纪念七七81周年《滙流》两要集2018年6月26日公映
《汇流》所有各集，将循社会公益模式，逐集在海外奉献上网。值此七七、九一八、公祭日来临的时候，值此中美关系复杂尖锐之际，先将《汇流》第二集《记中美二战纪念碑》、第三集《第二次中国远征军入缅中美首次全面联合作战》两集同时公诸于海外网络世界。这两集充分体现了中美在“二战“合则战无不胜。
此次将两集同时在Youtube,推特和脸书等海外著名网络世界同时发布，允许任何人在海外转播和免费使用本片所有资料。（但请不要未经版权者允许在中国国内网络私下转播和上网，否则将与本片版权者产生法律纠纷，因为国内需经有权单位严格审改批准后才能确保不被列入禁放。）
下面接着，将摄制紧扣中美关系的朝鲜战争与八二三炮战两集。僅从以上几集就足够使人們知道中美合则天下安，中美战则天下危。只有不懂又不学习历史的人，才会不珍惜来之不易的中美间的和平与合作。
第三集有许多珍贵并已解密的历史资料和视频，许多本身就是英文资料，第三集将侧重中文。
第二集内的当事人和元老們许多就在我们身边，要十分准确表达的他们的中英文名字、抬头、粤语和其他口音的意思以及活动时间地点等，所以最后一次修订竟然有80多版视频修改。
在此感谢所有的参与者、帮助者、赞助者，感谢此集前期制作团队做了大量工作，但因他们其它业务太忙五个月未能完稿，而且英文的翻译难度较大。实践证明，最后的修订工作量比原先估计的一天工作量差别太大。最后为加快第二集进度并优质将本集视频稿完成，不得不借用新人连续工作了15天才基本完工。过程中为提高效率和质量，以三位美语强手全文逐字修改和经三位后期编制新秀对照音视频初稿、音视频尾稿和音视频原始稿以三个电脑同时工作，音视频共修改了80多版一百多处。
下面将第二集中英文最后修改稿（附件）供参考，如对译文和内容有何修改意见请用微信或Email私信给我。本集视频是极其珍贵的历史资料片，其中有经四位议员签字支持使用蒙市议会的大段视频公共资料，以及其他珍贵历史资料，本集包括《汇流》今后的其他各集都将使用超过50年视频版权期，25年图片版权期和政府过去和最近解密的珍贵资料，主要是为了表达剧作者的不同角度视野，将全部无偿奉献海外公开网络世界，无任何商业目的。谢谢所有的参与者，你们的名字和贡献将与本集一起在历史上长存。
